Rescheduling and Cancellation

Cancelling and Rescheduling Lessons once the date/time has passed.

You won’t be able to reschedule or cancel the lesson if the date/time has passed. Firstly, You will need to communicate with the learner. To make any changes to a lesson that has passed, please get in touch with us via support and we can help you further.
