Getting started

My profile has not been verified. What should I do?

We will contact you if there are any issues with your application, but there are usually two reasons why your profile has not been verified: 

  1. You might not have submitted the verification documents. Simply go back into the signup process and check that you uploaded all the required verification documents (both sides of your driving licence; a picture of your ADI Certificate of Registration) and that you hit the “submit” button after uploading your verification documents.
  2. The verification documents you submitted are not readable or insufficient. Please check that all information on the pictures you submitted is clearly readable.
