My profile has not been verified. What should I do?
We will contact you if there are any issues with your application, but there are usually two reasons why your profile has not been verified:
- You might not have submitted the verification documents. Simply go back into the signup process and check that you have uploaded the correct documents (both sides of your driving licence; a picture of your ADI Certificate of Registration).
- he verification documents you submitted are not readable or invalid. Please check that the images you submitted is clearly readable.
