Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling By Driving Instructors

If you know you are not going to be available for a lesson, you can easily reschedule it to a day or time that suits you better. 

It’s then up to the learner to accept or reject your rescheduling request. 

  • If the learner accepts it, the lesson is moved to the newly agreed time.
  • If the learner rejects it, you or the learner can suggest another day or time. 

If you are rescheduling an unconfirmed booking, you have 48 hours from the moment the booking was made to agree with the learner on a suitable time for the lesson. After that, the booking gets automatically cancelled. 

If you are rescheduling a lesson that you had previously confirmed, you have 24 hours to agree with the learner on a suitable time for the lesson. If not, the lesson goes ahead at the originally agreed time, unless you cancel it. Please be aware that our regular cancellation policy (link to the cancellation policy in FAQs) applies.
