Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling By Learners

If a learner driver decides to reschedule, don’t worry, we have you covered.

We suggested to all learner drivers that they get in contact with you via email or the in-app messenger as soon as they want to reschedule a lesson

If your student wants to reschedule more than 48 hours before the starting time of their lesson, they’ll receive a full refund. However, if they decide to reschedule their lessons in less than 48 hours before the intended start time, this will be treated the same as a cancellation.
