I’m not receiving my mobile verification code

Not to worry, just click the Resend Verification Code button underneath your phone number in Settings and we’ll send you another code.

If this fails to work, ensure that you’ve input your phone number correctly.

If you’re still out of luck, it may be our bad — maybe something’s gone wrong our end. Contact our customer support team at and provide them with your phone number. We’ll make sure you account gets verified!
