Cancelling and Rescheduling lessons

What if I can no longer attend a lesson?

If for some reason you can no longer attend a lesson, we recommend you do the following: 

  1. Open the Drivio Messenger in the app to call or message the instructor.
  2. Reschedule the lesson by selecting a new date and time in the Drivio app. The instructor will need to confirm any changes to the lesson.
  3. You can also cancel the lesson if you really need to. If you cancel over 48 hours before the intended start time of your lesson you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your lesson, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you will be charged the full price of the lesson. 

Both you and the instructor will be notified of any changes to lessons via SMS, email and in-app notifications.
