Cancelling and Rescheduling lessons

What if I need to reschedule a lesson?

If for some reason you can no longer attend a lesson, you can easily reschedule it in a couple of taps.  

It’s then up to the instructor to accept or reject your rescheduling request. 

If the driving instructor accepts it, the lesson is moved to the newly agreed time.
If the driving instructor rejects it, you or the instructor can suggest another day or time. 

  • If you are rescheduling an unconfirmed booking, you have 48 hours from the moment the booking was made to agree with the instructor on a suitable time for the lesson. After that, the booking gets automatically cancelled. 
  • If you are rescheduling a lesson that you had previously confirmed, you have 24 hours to agree with the instructor on a suitable time for the lesson. If not, the lesson goes ahead at the originally agreed time, unless you cancel it. Please be aware that our regular cancellation policy (link to the cancellation policy in FAQs) applies.
